Identify pull requests affected by large module changes

Identify pull requests which would be substantially affected by large module changes in the next sprint. There are couple of larger changes in the code base planned for Sprint 10 starting on February 12. Let's prevent some unnecessary rebase headaches.

Changes

• Do changes related to splitting large modules into smaller files
• Move plan stuff in its own submodule #4326
• Make tmt.base into a python package #4325
• Move Guest classes out of tmt.steps.provision, possibly to tmt.guest

@LecrisUT, @happz, @psss, @lukaszachy, @skycastlelily, do you have any open pull requests which would be good to finish before doing larger changes in the module structure? We would like to prevent unnecessary rebase hedaches, if possible, and ideally merge them in the next sprint.
