Apply arithmetic on transaction amounts through automatic rules

Curious about the feasibility of being able to have account wide rule to multiply each transaction by (-1)

That should be pretty trivial to add. I could add an arithmetic option that allows a few different math operators.

I should be able to fit this in the next release.
