Bug Report

Expected Behavior

R4 and D3 parts appear to be swapped from their silk-screen-labeled positions in exemplary build. Is this a intentional? I saw in some version history that this diode's location was tweaked circa V0.2 (correct?)

Observed Behavior

R4 and D3 parts appear to be swapped from their silk-screen-labeled positions in B.Walach Hall-of-Fame build, per illustration at
https://github.com/technobly/VEXTREME/blob/master/hall-of-fame/03%20-%20Brett%20Walach%20-%20v0.2/v0.2%20-%20top.jpg

Steps to Reproduce

Note that the diode is illustrated in position R4 (per silk-screen) and the resistor populates position D3. Other V0.2 builds (e.g. Malban) illustrate the parts populated as expected. Since my (recent) build is not working, I thought I'd best clarify this detail... I'm pulling at threads because my (recent) V0.2 build is not healthy (Windows says it fails a Device Descriptor Test on attach...)
