Review the Global Soil ID user story and plan work to implement Global Soil ID.

• Review the Figma design for the changes to global
• Review the soil id PR jon submitted: fix: global code update soil-id-algorithm#225
• Consider if there's non-ux work that needs to be done
  • (e.g. Do we need a method to recognize when we are in a non-us site?
  • Update GraphQL?
• Write issues to cover remaining work.
