mycrypt.h file not found

I want to implement go-mcrypt into my project but I am getting following error.

..\github.com\tblyler\go-mcrypt\mcrypt.go:7:10: fatal error: mcrypt.h: No such file or directory

Can you please help me. Why this is happening and what needs to do to fix this error.

Hey! Did you install the mcrypt package for your given operating system? libmcrypt or something similar is the usually the package name. This Go package requires the appropriate header files installed where it is compiled.

Yes, I have installed mcrypt-2.6.7-win32 for window Os. After the I have run the program then get following error.

C:/TDM-GCC-64/bin/../lib/gcc/x86_64-w64-mingw32/9.2.0/../../../../x86_64-w64-mingw32/bin/ld.exe: cannot find -lmcrypt
collect2.exe: error: ld returned 1 exit status

This package is working for windows OS or not?
It gives me error on windows OS. I have run it in Ubuntu it works.
