Update Newtonsoft JSON referenced version

Version 5.0.3 as referenced is (very!) out of date, ideally this dependency would be updated to >= 7.0.0 as this would avoid potentially multiple versions of Newtonsoft JSON being needed in projects.

I'm just worried how this could affect other users, so leaving this for the time being
