[Feature Request] ARM64 Linux Support

Hi! This program is very useful to me, but I'm forced to use a VM with Linux AMD64, and in the case of Windows I already have a license of LINQPad.

I'm very interested in using this program in my main computer, a Raspberry Pi 5 with 16 GB of RAM and a SSD of 1 TB. It's a very capable machine.

But the Raspberry's architecture is ARM64, and there is no release for Linux with that architecture. This is sad.

Hey there. I agree, there should be an ARM64 Linux version. I'll see if I can get it out with the next release which is right around the corner.

I executed the Web and Tauri Apps in the Raspberry Pi 5, but was a pain in the arse. I tried to compile for release in the Raspberry Pi 5, but it's almost impossible. I'm currently trying to "cross-compile" from a AMD64 notebook. I will give you news and instructions on how to do the publication for Linux ARM64.

Thank you! Right now electron-sharp is returning a non-descriptive error. This is the command line that I'm executing from src/Apps/NetPad.Apps.App/:

I executed the generated executable in my Raspberry Pi 5 and I found a problem that I resolved in the unzipped distribution, but I couldn't fix the AppImage distribution:

Looks like it might be a compatibility issue with libssl. Did you cross-compile the Electron version or did you build it on your RPI? Cross-comping can be a pain. I'm going to try building the app using a GitHub action that uses a Linux ARM runner.

I read CONTRIBUTING.md and made a couple of systemd services, one for the start-web command (the frontend?), and another for the backend. That's working for me, using my personal server (amd64) to use from my arm64 computer. But I want to see a native port to arm64, because what I made is a jerry-rig.

I wasn't able to get this done for the v0.11.0 release, but I'll try to prioritize this for the next minor release.
