When creating a new function when function list is empty, open a new tab.

Creating a new function with an empty function list create a new tab for some reason.

When I go back to the original tab, the new function is already their.
I think this can be easily fixed by just stopping it from creating a new tab.

May I try working on this?

@aldrin312 , I also have noticed while was working in file /src/components/Sidebar/SidebarContent.tsx on line 518. For some reasons it sends to /f/new, while it could be sent to /f/.

UPD: Hope I'm not mistaken

@mulla028, it is not the /f/new but it is the target="_blank" that opens a new tab.
