Custom panels through configuration #219
Description
There is a way to add custom panels through jsonnet script. User also can build its own custom dashboard by using repo as a library. But there is a lot of users who doesn't want to write jsonnet, but okay with writing a yaml for customization. We may consider the support of such approach.
