Request for help regarding tailwindcss/plugin. js, tailwind/vite, and tailwind/post

I have two questions. The first one is, in V4 version, how can I define a plugin through methods like in V3 version, thinking that using tailwindcss/plugin. js does not exist in V4 version. The second question is, if I introduce tailwind/vite, do I need to introduce tailwind/postCss again. I am looking forward to your reply very much. Thank you

You can add custom utilities and custom variants in a CSS file. This CSS file would be analgous to a v3 plugin file that can then be @imported by a consumer.

For Vite, you'd use the @tailwindcss/vite package and not use the @tailwindcss/postcss package.
