Applying DAOos - for a community launched namespace on Stacks

I wrote a one page whitepaper for a community launched namespace on Stacks. I think it is a perfect usecase for DAOos, as so many of the actions are on chain.

• We can use the DAO for members to propose namespaces to launch
• Vote on their favorite namespace using their DAO coin/STX
• When enough votes are cast for the burnfee (DAOcoin=STX equiv or STX directly) the STX can be burned in the preorder
• And the list can be made for the import_list
• Fair distribution of BNS names to members before the launch and we make stacks better because it has another namespace
  The first year of namespace registration fees can go right back into the DAO treasury and or distributed among funding members proportionate to their stake.

The next proposal could be to make something like BTC.us for the new namespace and the next namespace.
