请问这个问题是出在哪里呢？是cuda环境没有配置好导致检测不到gpu吗？

目前问题很怪，我今天用conda安装了torch，可以检测到gpu了，理论上我提过的这个问题应该得到解决，但现在又有了新问题，就是pyarrow包的问题，目前报错是这样的

我查询了有关资料，有人说是版本低的原因，但我更新到最新版也还是报这个错，十分奇怪

试一下用python3.8
