GPU Boost causes device failure under load

• OS: Pop!_OS 22.04
• Kernel: 6.12.10-76061203-generic

NVIDIA GPU fails under load.

Steps to reproduce

• Put device into NVIDIA-only mode
• Run FurMark from Phorinix Test Suite

Expected behavior

• GPU remains usable during/after benchmark

Actual behavior

• GPU becomes unavailable

Additional info

• Issue has not been reported on any other models
• Does not happen on Clevo firmware
• Reproduced with NVIDIA 565 and 570 drivers
• Appears to be stable on NVIDIA 550 drivers

Issue is caused by NVIDIA GPU Boost feature.

Disabling the feature for now.
Can revisit if adjusting TPP value will fix it later.
