Possible to create negative quantity item using Edit menu. #1231

What is the issue you are experiencing?

When creating a new item, if you edit the item in advanced mode, it's possible to decrement the item count to be negative. This is correctly checked when decrementing with +/- on the item page, but not in the Advanced Ui:

How can the maintainer reproduce the issue?

Create new item
Edit the item then either type in a negative value or use the up/down chevrons to decrease below 0.
