We tested the developer balance sample by setting the window width to 320. We were able to reproduce the scenario you described.

Before proceeding further, we’d like to clarify the behavior of data labels in the chart. Data labels require sufficient space to render correctly. In your case, the labels are positioned outside the data points, which demands additional space. Since the available width is limited, the labels are hidden due to space constraints.

To confirm this, we changed the label position to inside, and all labels were displayed properly. This behavior is expected and consistent with how the chart adapts to available space.

Additionally, please note that Windows and Android platforms differ in terms of screen density and layout handling. As a result, the chart rendering may vary slightly across platforms. When we set the width to 320 on Android, the data labels rendered as expected without any issues.
