[Autocomplete][LiveComponent] How to add new items in autocomplete

I have a question, but how can we add an element in an autocomplete since it will persist this element in the table?
I could see that you managed to set it up here #2279

And this is exactly the problem of the person in this issue who closed the issue without giving an answer #1890

Now I would like to see how this works and have an example if possible?
By the way I use LiveComponent so if it's simpler with that, don't hesitate to use it
