Update PHPUnit testsuite names to use package names

Changes testsuite names from "default" to the respective package names:
- symfony/ai-agent
- symfony/ai-bundle
- symfony/mcp-bundle
- symfony/mcp-sdk
- symfony/ai-platform
- symfony/ai-store
