Create DocC articles for Swift use cases linked on homepage #1095
Description
The swift.org homepage has a set of "Create using Swift" buttons. The top three link directly to rich use case page.
I'd like to recommend that the secondary buttons (currently listed as iOS apps, Windows apps, Machine Learning & AI, and Packages) link to a set of DocC articles which provide content that's a combination of the overview that top-level use cases have, with additional steps to get started.
