Swift Evolution page not reachable from new homepage

I used to be able to open https://www.swift.org/swift-evolution/ from swift.org by hovering over Community to open a second-level menu, which would include the Swift Evolution page. As far as I can tell, that second-level menu no longer exists and I couldn’t find a way to navigate to the page containing the Swift evolution proposals, unless I’m blind.

There's a link to Swift Evolution on https://www.swift.org/documentation/ in the Contributing section, but I agree that it's not easy to find.

The ongoing Swift Information Architecture project is working on improving this though.
