Hosting SvelteKit on Firebase with framework aware hosting

Hello everyone,
I just spend some time searching on how to use the new framework aware hosting feature of Firebase to host SvelteKit on it. I put my findings together a gist with some instructions in case this is helpful for anyone else who want to do this.
