Is there a way to clarify which is the correct name for this component, Grid or DataGrid?

If you can pick one name, that will make it easier to use with enterprise compliance tooling, and also make the documentation easier for junior developers to learn, and also for AI to use-- I'm currently converting a large Vue project to Svelte, and your two-different-names is causing bumps. Thanks for your consideration.

Currently, in the Grid library, the component is officially named Grid (as seen in imports like import { Grid } from "@svar-ui/svelte-grid". However, we recognize that DataGrid might appear in some documentation.
DataGrid is a marketing name, while Grid is the technical name of the component and package. We understand your concerns and will consider bringing everything in sync in the future.
