Consult /etc/ld.so.conf instead of using hard-coded paths

Currently, the tool uses hard-coded paths when trying to resolve the dependencies. It would be better to consult /etc/ld.so.conf (and /etc/ld.so.conf.d/*) to learn what paths are actually used by the system we're running on.
