Handle combined dictionary/fuzzy dictionary ranks

I'm not sure how the front end handles this, but the API returns dictionary and fuzzy dictionary results separately. At this point I just concatenate the normal and fuzzy results, so normal are listed first. This may not reflect the display of dictionary results. I'll investigate further.
