Contacts Permissions Not Requested

Hey folks - super cool! Love to see this working smoothly.

Unlike some of the other "Privacy & Security" sections, contacts doesn't have a manual add/remove option:

The apple-mcp doesn't seem to trigger it

Based on this debugging (thanks Claude) it seems like Contacts/the application in question may need to be running for any interaction to happen?
