Move to JuliaInterop

Hi! Would you be willing to move this to JuliaInterop to improve the visibility and make sure it has maintainers in the future?

Hi, yes I believe it's a good idea to move it to JuliaInterop. I am just not sure if it is ready to be developed with other people since I still have some local changes and ideas that are not documented. Maybe we can do the move after I think it's ready. I know I'm a little too busy recently to maintain this package, but I will as soon as I get time :D

By the way, do you know who we should contact if we decide to move?
