Question Identifier consist of .img for some question sets

Hello Team,

We're currently utilizing the following API to retrieve question set details for display in the QuML player: {{sunbird-url}}/learner/questionset/v1/hierarchy/{{do_id}}. However, we've encountered an issue where some identifiers are appended with the ".img" extension, causing functionality breakdowns.

Could someone assist in elucidating why this "img" extension is being added to certain identifiers?
