Yes. Use SumatraPDF's navigation history:

  • Alt + Left = Navigate Back
  • Alt + Right = Navigate Forward
  • Backspace also navigates back
  • Shift + Backspace navigates forward

So in your example, after clicking a reference from page 75 to page 2, press Alt + Left to go back to page 75.

You can also find the same commands as Navigate Back / Navigate Forward in the command list/palette. If focus is inside a text/edit control, Alt + Left is usually the safer shortcut than plain Backspace.
