Hey @Fondor1, the feature to be removed is this one: The HTML2PDF feature is not affected! Thanks for following the mailing list 👍 |

I noticed in the office hours today discussion about the removal of the standalone document export feature. I assume this is referring to the HTML2PDF document generator experimental feature?
Was it decided that this feature will be removed? I find this feature helpful as a tool for customers to view and provide feedback on pdf exports of the content, but I can also understand the extra work it takes to maintain such a capability.
If this feature is removed, is the next best way to provide to a customer a "consolidated" view of requirements (aside from the strictdoc files themselves), a PDF export via Sphinx/LaTeX?
I also notice there is a Python API in development that may one day be leveraged to export strictdoc content into another format. Might that also be another method for export someday, if someone desires a more custom output than can be provided by Sphinx?
