Two projects active at the same time

I have the same project, one inside a localhost instance of appwrite, the other deployed online in a server. They are shown as both active inside the vscode extension. If I create a new user it is added only to the localhost instance (the last one I added to the extension) and I have no way to set the remote instance as the active project.

Thanks for posting the issue!

I'm planning to fix this in an upcoming update that removes the active project idea altogether and makes working with more than one project much easier.
