Keeping track of progress during /pdd.sop #30

Rough idea:

It would be nice if we add a progress.md file under .sop/planning/implementation/ and force the agent to track the progress of the implementation. That way if the context window of the agent gets to 100% capacity, we can continue from another window and we won't have to worry about what was implemented up until now.

Current implementationL

The agent doesn't update .sop/planning/implementation/plan.md until it finishes executing the entire pdd flow.

Additional info:

I encountered a situation where I had to manually tell the agent to update the plan.md file and create a progress.md file on Cursor.

Any thoughts about this?

EDIT: It would also be nice if we had a /pdd-continue.sop command that compliments this mechanism so we won't have to write the prompt every time.
