`plymouth-encrypt` theme doesnt work

I have a prompt for disk encryption set up and after installing the theme the prompt doesn't show up, it's just stuck on the last GRUB frame `Loading Linux linux...` so I can't log in.

No worries it's just a VM but please fix.
