Overflowed flash

While compiling the simple Blink sketch for the STM32F030F4P6TR I get this error:

I am using 2.0 IDE and the latest package of support.

Just to notice, back in a day I have installed this package, I had compilation errors and had to manually install (copy) the arm-none-eabi files. But before this core, I had never have a single issue.

Unfortunately by default as the core is generic across series it often overflow on small flash.
You can try to made some optimization by disabling some modules:
https://github.com/stm32duino/Arduino_Core_STM32/wiki/HAL-configuration#example-of-blinkino-for-nucleo-l031k6-with-32768-bytes-of-flash-and-8192-bytes-of-ram

And used a LL clock configuration.

You have to create it manually.

Just disabling the Serial support allow to fit in the Flash. HAL UART module is very huge in term of size.
Then adding this in the hal_conf_extra.h:

You should get this:

The same directory than your sketch (ino). Simply click on the 3 dots '...' and click "New Tab"

Ok, so much easier way is to disable the USART support in Tools. I missed that.

Now, the Blink compiles and get uploaded to the chip, but no output.

Probably system clock config.
Which target you selected in the menu?
