Payment UI needs these updates:

Re-subscribe to the same plan after unsubscribing from it
Update the card used for Stripe
Downgrade subscription without paying twice (if a user is charged $12/month for a 1tb plan, they should not be re-charged for that month if they want to downgrade to the $5/month 300gb plan).
