Add timespan limitation on donation sum filter on donors page #379

When filtering on donation sum on the donors page, there should be an option to restrict the timespan for the donation sum.

E.g. Give me all donors called Håkon that have donated between 5 000 and 100 000 from 2022 to 2023.
