Feature proposal: Easy Apply Assistant (human-in-the-loop)

Problem: Users want help applying faster to LinkedIn jobs.
Proposal: Add MCP tools to prepare and validate Easy Apply payloads, but keep final submission manual.
Scope:
    jobs.easy_apply.check(job_id)
    jobs.easy_apply.prepare(job_id, profile, resume)
    jobs.easy_apply.review_session(job_id, prepared_payload)
Non-goals:
    unattended bulk applications
    CAPTCHA bypass
    hidden auto-submit
Safety:
    rate limits, explicit user confirmation, audit logs.
Ask: “Would maintainers accept this scope?”

PR plan (small + mergeable)

Add tool interface and response models.
Add validation pipeline (missing fields, screening questions).
Add docs/examples in README.
Add tests for parser/validator.
