Please add native support for arm64 (Surface Pro 11 Users)

Problem to Solve

This is related to
Issue #945 Arm64 Native Build For Windows
While x86 version works it would be nice to compile it also for ARM64 architecture, now that Microsoft is supporting it.

New Feature/Solution

Compile the binaries also for arm64

Alternative Solutions

Run the x64 binaries

Additional Context

Maybe it is for purists, but still it would be nice to have this without much effort.
Microsoft Surface is probably the ideal device to use OneNote and it would be an advantage to run OneMore natively
