Feature Request: Add Whitelist for Specific Applications #185

TL;DR: I only use this ("Scroll inactive windows" that is) with explorer.exe to allow scrolling while dragging files in folders. Unfortunately it interferes with scrolling in Photoshop so I'm requesting a whitelist option to avoid this issue and prevent similar problems in the future.

I found out about your nifty lil program on SuperUser.com while searching for a solution to my problem. One user claimed that AltDrag would solve my gripe with Windows, and it indeed did. However, it created some new issue(s) for me.

I'm a freelance photographer, and I work with both macOS and Windows. While macOS can be frustrating at times, once you get used to its creature comfort features, the absence of those features on Windows can throw off your muscle memory and disrupt your workflow. One of those features is the ability to scroll up and down within a folder while dragging files. Windows still doesn’t allow that (even with the native "Scroll inactive windows when I hover over them" option enabled in Windows 10 Settings), and tonight I finally had enough and decided to look for a solution. That's when I came across the SuperUser comment and installed your program. It worked exactly as I hoped.

However after installing it, I noticed it disabled my ability to scroll the canvas in Photoshop using my mouse's scroll wheel. I’d really like to keep using your program specifically to enable scrolling while dragging files in Windows Explorer, so I was wondering if you could consider adding a whitelist feature. That way, I could limit it to explorer.exe and avoid any other potential conflicts. It’s the kind of thing you don’t think about until something behaves oddly and you're trying to figure out the cause. I’d rather not go through that if possible. Thanks anyway :)
