Default pointer size balance
This one has bugged me for a while. The Modern default pointer shape looked too big, and the Original default pointer shape looked too small for me. I've tried to balance this by making the former a bit smaller, and the latter a bit larger.
(Open a pair of "Before" and "After" images in separate tabs, then switch between the tabs to get a better idea of the actual size change, or have a look at the visual GitHub change preview: 604746e)
Note, that the new sharp pointers with thinner strokes don't expand the original fill so they end up a tiny bit smaller than my previous versions, while the default (the thickest) stroke variant is larger.
Tell me what you think of this size adjustment, especially compared to your desktop environment's default cursors.
FWIW, this release includes packages with the Amber color theme.
Starting with this release, the build scripts use a pre-compiled
mousegen
tool, initially downloaded from its release page. If you still desire to build the tool yourself, clone it separately:then build it and update your Bibata_Cursor copy like:
<bibata-dir>
should be specified with an absolute path.This discussion was created from the release v2.0.7-stanio-7.
