Clarify the UI for …/settings/auto-ban/edit #58

There’s a field for the number of attempts and a time field. What isn’t clear:

Is this:

Is this the number of attempts per specified period that leads to a permanent ban or a ban of a predetermined duration.
is this the number of attempts in a predefined period that leads to a ban lasting for a specified time period?

What we need to speficy is:
Number of number of attempts X, per time period T, leading to a ban for either infinity or time period B

The UI, in particular the hover text, should be more clear which scenario we’re dealing with here.
