Is it possible to refresh work tree and new files in a single command?

Hi,

Is it possible to refresh work tree and automatically add new files in a single command?

Currently I have to type three commands to do this

1. git add newfile
2. stg refresh -i
3. stg refresh

It would be four commands if I forget to add -i and stgit complains about dirty index.

It seems that using the -f option does the trick. But what is a full refresh anyway? Is full means work tree + index? I think it would be good if it is explained in the refresh command man page.

Ok, I have to dig to the source code to find the explanation.

// Ensure worktree and index states are valid for the given options.
// Forcing means changes will be taken from both the index and worktree.
// If not forcing, all changes must be either in the index or worktree,
// but not both.

It would be great if this is also added to the man page.

Also I don't think adding changes from the work tree and index is something that need to be forced. A less scary option like -a /--all might be better.
