[Request] Seamless comment dividers

Currently the comment dividers look like this:
# ################################## Example ################################# #

I was wondering if there could be a setting e.g. comment-divider.seamless that would make the comments remove the whitespaces just after the start and just before the end of the string e.g.:
#################################### Example ###################################
