We've added the location of the code binary within the VS Code app to our PATH variable, so that will be ready to go when we reinstall everything.

We don't need (or want) to do the manual command palette approach, but Homebrew will do something similar as an 'artifact' of the instlal, and this will conflict with the other command in our Path.
