Implementation Summary

What Was Built

SwarmImpactSimulator: Pre-execution safety validation that simulates three classes of actions:

  1. Attitude Cascade - Coverage ripple effects from attitude adjustments

    • Formula: (angle / 10) × 0.30
    • Safe threshold: <4°
    • Test: TestAttitudeCascadeSimulation (4 tests)
  2. Power Budget - Constellation power headroom validation

    • Formula: max(0, (shed% - 15%) / 100) if shed% > 15%
    • Safe threshold: ≤15% margin
    • Test: TestPowerBudgetSimulation (4 tests)
  3. Thermal Cascade - Temperature propagation to neighbors

    • Formula: max(0, (delta_temp / 5.0) - 1.0) if delta_temp > 5°C
    • Safe threshold: <5°C
    • Test: TestThermalCascadeSimulation (4 tests)
