REST API version is in the live URL #1832
Description
REST API version is in the path segment for example. The app is started and Live URLs are showing. Clicking on such URL in the CodeLens ideally should open a page or show some JSON for the get mapping. However, for the versions endpoint it'd produce 400. The version segment would be nice to have in the URL.
