JwtIssuerValidator default ports not match

Describe the bug
JwtIssuerValidator use String.equal to validate if issuer is same
so for default ports 443,80 not matching if provided in url
for example
http://example.com and http://example.com:80 not match
https://example.com and https://example.com:443 not match

@ashraf-revo The current implementation of JwtIssuerValidator is correct and should only perform a strict exact match using equals(). It should not account for default ports matching.

I'll close this as the current implementation works as designed.
