support showing stacktraces without DEBUG flag #12

without DEBUG flag, the error message + backtrace is not shown, but with DEBUG on, regular output is super verbose. We want to have normal output but show stacktraces.

Would you accept a PR to add ENV["DEBUG_BACKTRACE"]?
