Simple HTTP wscall Form Does Not Refresh

The form doesn't seem to refresh (Ajax?) when you choose a simple http server as the server for the call.

I found the issue and fixed the first ajax error but now the "add another" header button has stopped working, need to keep working on finding a better solution to the ajax form.
