FWIW, You can already implement a 4d gaussian player on top of spark. flipbook style animation where each frame is a different splat

If you're looking for 4DGS editor, there is already another web editor supports this, along with other algotithms like Scaffold-GS and LHM avatars: Visionary.

And the editor's engine is open-source, which is eazy to utilize other custom 3dgs/4dgs algorithms and build your own web projects. Feel free to try it out, any feedback is appreciated. Implementation is in the technical report.
