[Feature Request] Creating a virtual network interface for NS emulator like yuzu to use

Nintendo Switch emulators like yuzu and ryujinx already suppots LAN play, but it requires a network interface to select, so I hope this tool can add the ability of creating a virtual network interface and assigning IP and gateway to it, so that players using emulators can lan play with real NS players.
