deploy-sourcegraph: fix and re-enable integration test #55783
Description
The integration test for https://github.com/sourcegraph/deploy-sourcegraph is failing because GKE v1.21 is no longer available:
error: Plan apply failed: googleapi: Error 400: Master version "1.21.14-gke.18800" is unsupported., badRequest
Using the lowest supported version (v1.24) or newest supported version (v1.27) both fail with timeouts:
Either we fix the timeout issue, get rid of Pulumi altogether as we seem to have a knowledge gap internally, or determine whether we can live with a disabled integration test until we deprecate this repository, which is slated to happen in the nearby future.
